How delivery, order changes, and returns work for custom, made-to-order Print Yard pieces.
Print Yard produces pieces to order in the UAE. Production takes 1-2 days after you approve your build preview, and delivery or collection is arranged after that.
Exact delivery method, coverage area, timeframe, and any delivery fee will be confirmed with you directly, either through the custom order flow or over WhatsApp, before your order is finalized.
Final delivery partners, coverage area, and fees are pending business confirmation.
Every Print Yard order follows the same deposit-first flow: you pay a deposit, review a digital preview, then approve it before production starts.
Because of this, you can request changes to your build (color, personalization text, or other customization options for that product) at any point before you approve the preview at no extra step. Once production has started after your approval, changes may no longer be possible since the piece is already being printed and finished.

Print Yard pieces are made to order from details you provide, so they generally aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started, the same way most custom or personalized products work.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the preview you approved, get in touch and Print Yard will review it case by case.
Exact remedy (replacement vs. refund) and the reporting window for damaged or defective items are pending final business confirmation.
