Delivery
Print Yard produces pieces to order in the UAE. Your piece goes into production once your order is placed, and is usually printed, finished, and dispatched within 1-2 days.
Delivery across the UAE is AED 25, and it's free on orders over AED 200. International delivery is AED 70. Delivery is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there's nothing extra to settle afterwards.
If anything about your order needs confirming before it goes on the printer, Print Yard will message you on WhatsApp.
Delivery partner and door-to-door transit time after dispatch are pending final business confirmation.
Order changes & cancellations
You pay in full at checkout and your piece is printed from the details you enter on the product page, so those details are worth double-checking before you order.
If you need to change something, message Print Yard on WhatsApp as soon as you can. If your piece hasn't gone on the printer yet, the change can usually be made at no extra step. Once printing and finishing have started, the piece is personalised to you and changes may no longer be possible.
The exact cancellation window and refund terms once production has started are pending final business confirmation.
Returns
Print Yard pieces are made to order from details you provide, so they generally aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started, the same way most custom or personalised products work.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, get in touch and Print Yard will review it case by case and make it right.
Exact remedy (replacement vs. refund) and the reporting window for damaged or defective items are pending final business confirmation.
