What Print Yard collects during a custom order, and how it's used.
Placing a custom order or build request means sharing details needed to produce your piece: your name, WhatsApp number, product or category of interest, any reference photos or images relevant to that product (such as car make/model/year for automotive pieces), preferred color, and any optional personalization text or detail you'd like included.
These details are used to check feasibility, build your digital preview, produce your approved piece, and follow up with you about your order, including remaining balance and delivery, over WhatsApp or the contact method you provide. Print Yard doesn't use your reference or contact details for anything beyond producing and delivering your order and following up about it.
Rear photos and other reference images you share are used only to design and check your build against the current product layout.
The exact storage duration and deletion process for uploaded reference photos is pending final business confirmation.
This site runs on Shopify, which processes standard storefront data (like pages visited and cart activity) under its own privacy and security practices. Build details you submit through the custom order flow or WhatsApp are used by Print Yard directly to produce your order.
Any additional third-party tool used for order intake, storage, or file uploads should be listed here once it's connected.
You can ask what details Print Yard holds about your order, or ask for your contact and reference details to be deleted once an order is complete, by reaching out through the custom order page or WhatsApp once it's connected in theme settings.
